The data controller is VibesMags (the "Company", "We").

Name, phone number, email address, social and professional profiles (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram), CV or résumé details, and any other information you voluntarily provide in the free-text fields of the Form.
2. Purpose of Processing
Evaluating your qualifications for potential jobs, recruitment and staffing for events, and communication regarding career opportunities.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We may share your data with our clients — organizers of events or employers looking for staff — solely for recruitment purposes. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing.
4. Retention Period
We store your data for up to 2 years to offer you future opportunities, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction, restriction or complete deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time.
